In 2025, we proudly adopted the name Matter of Care Home Health Services, reflecting our continued dedication to delivering personalized care and support that helps individuals thrive in the comfort of their own homes.

As part of the CenterLight Health System family, Matter of Care was established to help bridge the gap between clinical excellence and personal compassion, partnering with health plans and bringing skilled healthcare professionals directly into the homes of those we serve.

Our mission has always extended beyond delivering care. We strive to build meaningful relationships, support families, and strengthen communities by treating every patient with respect and kindness. Through skilled nursing, rehabilitation therapies, personal care services, and care coordination, we help individuals achieve the highest possible quality of life while remaining safely at home.
